Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if received before 3.30pm Monday - Friday
Delivery Methods
UK Standard Delivery: £2.95 per order For this option we use the Royal Mail First Class delivery. There is no tracking facility available and delivery will normally be 1 to 2 working days after confirmed receipt of your order
UK Special Delivery: £ 6.95 per order For this service we use either the Royal Mail Special Delivery or our courier company City Link. Both of these methods require a signature on delivery and you should ensure that someone will be available at the address to receive the goods. Delivery will usually be the next working day after confirmed receipt of your order.
European Deliveries: £ 7.95 per order (€11.75 per order) For this service we use the Royal Mail Airmail delivery. Our orders average less than 1 Kilo and this delivery charge is based on that average weight. If your order is greater than 1 Kilo we reserve the right to charge you the excess shipping cost which must be paid before we will send your order. You can of course cancel your order if that proves to be too expensive.

Rest of the World Deliveries: £14.95 per order ($US 30.00 per order) For this service we use the Royal Mail Airmail Delivery. Our orders average less than 1 Kilo (2lb 3oz) and this delivery charge is based on that average weight. If your order is greater than 1 Kilo (2lb 3oz) we reserve the right to charge you the excess shipping cost which must be paid before we will ship your order. You can of course cancel your order if that proves to be too expensive.
Delivery will usually be 7 to 10 working days after confirmed receipt of your order. There is no tracking facility available with this service.
Cancellation Rights&Returns Policy
We have aimed to show the highest quality images of products to give you the best possible reflection of the item you are purchasing. We also offer you a request&contact service - so if you are in any doubt you can ask us for more information, before placing your order and we are more than happy to supply you with further details. We guarantee to respond to your enquiry and let you know - we never leave our customers in the dark!

Should you wish to cancel your order or receive a product and find that you have cause to return - you should contact us within seven (7) working days after receipt, to identify this to us. Please note - you should contact us within this period either by Telephone, Email, or in writing. It is not necessary for you to furnish us with a reason for your return - although, this is in many cases helpful information for future customers and product development and you will therefore be asked reason for return when appropriate.
For a full refund items must be received back in an unworn / un-used state complete with ALL the original packaging and tags as appropriate - these tags should NOT have been removed from the product, nor should sealed packaging have been opened. If you are in doubt please call us before purchasing for sizing guides etc.
We strongly recommend that you use a return service, which gains you a signature on receipt. Returns Postage Costs - if an item is returned for refund all postage costs for sending the product to you&any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you&any incurred in returning the product to us would normally remain payable by you - these costs are not covered in any subsequent refund. Once your return is received back with us (within the seven day period) this will be processed via our Returns Inspection Team - returns are normally dealt with and resolved within 7 days, but at busy periods such as Halloween&Christmas we would recommend you allow upto 28 days.

Please Note:- Fancy Dress Direct reserves the rights to supply goods - order requests can and will be cancelled should we choose not to fulfil your initial order request. Should this occur you will normally be notified at the point whereby your request to order is cancelled - this is normally via email confirmation.
Faulty Goods
Faulty or damaged goods - All products are checked thoroughly before packing and prior to dispatch, to ensure they are neither damaged nor faulty. However, damage can sometimes occur in transit although, every precaution is taken to ensure that products are packed and breakable products clearly marked to avoid this. Any package, which arrives, damaged will be followed-up with the carrier as a result of poor or inadequate handling in transit. Should you receive your package in a damaged state it is essential that you contact us to within 7 days advise of this. We will then make arrangements with you to return the goods for either replacement or full refund. During packing your parcel is also checked to ensure that the correct number of items are enclosed and this is cross checked with your invoice on which the products enclosed are normally marked-off, thereby, avoiding any undue disappoint to you when your goods are received.
